Ranfurly Road Restoration

  • Existing rotten facings

    The Ranfurly Road project commenced in December of 2020 and required a full removal of the the existing facings due to weathering and rotting. A few small alterations were made to existing design to reduce water ingress and improve weather tightness.

    This elevation of the house was the city by rot moulds and mildew. After soft wash the existing cladding was painted with three coats of elastomeric paint and all the facings were removed.
